We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of handling day-to-day office operations with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Drafting, sending, and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting with daily office administrative tasks and workflow coordination
- Preparing and maintaining documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Organizing files, records, and internal communications
- Supporting management with various administrative and operational needs
- Handling general office inquiries and providing excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (required)
- Strong computer skills and overall technical proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
