About the Job
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of handling day-to-day office operations with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
  •  Drafting, sending, and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner 
  •  Assisting with daily office administrative tasks and workflow coordination 
  •  Preparing and maintaining documents using Microsoft Word and Excel 
  •  Organizing files, records, and internal communications 
  •  Supporting management with various administrative and operational needs 
  •  Handling general office inquiries and providing excellent customer service 

Qualifications:
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (required) 
  •  Strong computer skills and overall technical proficiency 
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  •  Highly organized with strong attention to detail 
  •  Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively 
  •  A forward thinker who uses sound judgment and applies common sense in decision-making 
  •  Professional demeanor and positive attitude 

Preferred (but not required):
  •  Prior experience in an office or administrative role 
  •  Experience in property management or similar field is a plus
